Local Partnerships is local government’s project delivery specialist. They work in collaboration with all local authorities to secure funding and accelerate the development, procurement and implementation of PFI schemes, public private partnerships, complex projects and programmes.

The problem was that Local Partnerships project management was immensely complex and Local Partnerships needed to track an enormous amount of data whose input comes from a variety of different agencies and companies. It was imperative that new information was updated as rapidly as possible.

Bosenet’s solution was to design and build an easy to use database which allowed Local Partnerships to add, manage and track all of its project related data.

The database uses a ‘back end’ facility which is accessible only to authorized users and allows them to input data and create intelligent reports quickly and easily.
