MSC are a multinational organisation which provides smart card based solutions to its clients.
MSC’s current target market is the health industry and their smart cards allow hospitals to manage and maintain patient medical records in an electronic format.
The Problem was that MSC worked with a wide number of vendors, each of whom had their own project management methods and communication styles.
MSC found it difficult to convey their requirements clearly and manage the project efficiently which resulted in deadlines being missed.
Bosenet’s solution was to use their own expertise and act as the lead project manager. They became the central point of contact for all of MSC’s vendors, managing both technical and cultural aspects of the project.
